Performance 2025

In 2025, my journey at the Académie Art de la Parole marked a deeper dive into versification and classical interpretation. I presented Charles Baudelaire’s sonnet La Mort des Amants, exploring rhythm, nuance, and the delicate tension between language and emotion before a live audience. Each line was an exercise in precision and feeling, a testament to years of disciplined study.

Beyond the academy, I collaborated with the Commune Auderghem for a Halloween performance, sharing the chilling legend of the Ancol ghost from Indonesia with a Belgian audience. It was a thrilling cultural exchange, blending horror, narrative, and embodiment, and I left the stage satisfied with the impact it created.

That year also saw me supporting classmates in their final exams through group collaborations in art dramatique. I embraced diverse roles: the Sorcière in Shakespeare’s Macbeth, Agent 1 in Léonore Confino’s Building – Étage 8, the Japanese Nurse in Jean-Claude Grumberg’s Hiroshima Commemoration, and Perrine in Gabriel Couble’s Interdit aux Hommes. Each character demanded a distinct voice, physicality, and presence, and through these performances, I refined the craft of inhabiting multiple worlds, languages, and emotions in a single stage season.
